Winter days

Drew has been quite busy lately cruising furniture, standing alone, and now climbing - pretty much anything he can... The stairs, the play slide, and his most favorite - this little bike shown in the picture below. He has no fear and would be happy climbing it all afternoon. He starting dancing too, which is pretty fun to watch. He does the classic knee bop with one arm in the air.

Reese's latest love is cars. Oh, both of his Grandpas are proud. One the requested games is "car show". This involves lining all of the cars in a row and we take turns picking our favorite. The only problem is whenever I make my selection, he'll intervene "no, you can't have that one" and then he'll take over and decide which car I should have. He knows the make and model of these cars as well, a little scary. I usually get the Nissan, he keeps the Corvettes and BMW's. He's no dummy.

The other game is "car carrier" (shown in the picture).... Basically he lines up all of the cars as though they are stacked on a car carrier - hence the name of the game. He is certainly all boy. The construction vehicles are still very high on the list. The Children's Museum is starting a construction exhibit this week - I'm sure we'll be there everyday...
